Never works.
How do yall charge a fee to use this app, but the app is completely non functional? It won't even open now. Just keeps saying "oops! Something went wrong. Try again later." Great way to do business for sure.
App crashes almost every time I try to open it. When the homescreen loads, it wont accept my log in credentials which I know are correct because they work when using a web browser.
It charges fees for placing an order. No one else does. I am saving your franchisee effort.

Keeps saying to choose a drink but doesnt allow you to do so.
App is no longer functional. Always spits out error codes, won't let me scan rewards. These bugs have critically hampered any use of the app. It's crazy that the old version 5 years back was flawless and this one is a complete joke.
This app runs at the speed of a windows 95 operating system on a dial up connection. Pressing even one button causes it to crash. Absolute garbage.
I can't even use the app anymore because it always says "Something went wrong." I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and cleared the cache and nothing works. I used to buy Moe's more often because of the convince of the app and a quick in and out of the locations, but due to this app just not working, I haven't been in months. Please fix this app.
how can a company this big not have a working app.
